Entuity is a network management and analytics business, supporting blue chip clients across the globe.
Pardip assumed a Non-Executive Board position in December 2016. Pardip supported the CEO and Management team to successfully restructure the business, doubling profit and cash. The business was successfully sold to US acquirer, Park Place Technologies, in 2019.

Bluestone is a fast growing financial services and technology business founded in 2000, with offices in the UK and Ireland. The Group is made up of lending, investment and portfolio servicing businesses.
Pardip became a Non Executive Director on the Board of Bluestone in 2014. Pardip has worked with the Board and the wider Management team to support ongoing growth, wider group strategy and the successful sale of non-core divisions.
Lloyds Banking Group is a leading financial services group serving people, businesses and communities in the UK.
During the 2008 downturn, as a Director at Lloyds Banking Group, Pardip helped businesses through especially difficult times. Pardip took on a lead role in managing a portfolio of distressed companies valued at £180bn. She worked to develop specific strategies to protect and grow the value of struggling businesses across all sectors.
"Pardip's contribution to the success of the unit at Lloyds Bank was outstanding. As a team of 1,200, we successfully handled a significant portfolio of distressed assets following the 2008 financial crisis. Playing a pivotal role, directly supporting me, she was highly effective in managing multiple stakeholders, including the bank's senior executive team, the external regulator and numerous third party professionals. uSwitch is leading price comparison website for switching energy, mobile and broadband.
In 2013 Pardip took on the position of Non executive Director post private equity investment. She worked with the Board and Management team to support the growth of the business and deliver a successful sale to Zoopla Plc, generating a strong outcome for all stakeholders.
Tax Systems plc is an expert in the provision of compliance technology.
Pardip led the investment in Tax System plc in 2017 based on the strength of the Management team, the technology and the opportunity to scale the business.
The investment was successfully exited in 2019, as the business was taken private by the management team backed by a leading private equity fund. The investment generated a return in excess of 25% IRR.
Augean plc is a leading provider of hazardous and industrial waste management systems in the UK.
Pardip led the investment in Augean plc in 2018. The investment thesis was driven by its sector specialism and market opportunity, as well as a leading management team backed by a wealth of knowledge and sector experience.
Since the investment, performance has been outstanding, with the business increasing in value by more than four times.
